1. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

Each piece created by Leaf Leather Press is handcrafted and made to order. Due to the nature of handmade work and the unique characteristics of natural leather, variations in color, grain, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are not defects but part of the beauty and individuality of each piece.

Product photos are intended to represent our work as accurately as possible, but slight differences may exist between the item pictured and the item you receive.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment is required in full before production begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Production & Fulfillment

Because each item is made by hand, production times may vary. Estimated production timelines are provided on product listings or during the ordering process and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We will make every effort to complete and ship orders within the stated timeframe.

4. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Leaf Leather Press is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Each journal is thoughtfully made just for you. Because every piece is handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or there is a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to make it right.

6. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are created according to the specifications provided by the customer. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any custom details before production begins.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photographs, logos, product descriptions, and content displayed on this website are the property of Leaf Leather Press unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leaf Leather Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
