Production Time

Because each journal is created by hand, orders require production time before they ship. Current production timelines are listed on product pages and may vary depending on order volume, customization requests, and seasonal demand.

Production time refers to the time needed to create your journal and does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Available shipping options and rates will be provided at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping estimates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Leaf Leather Press is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Leaf Leather Press is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
